Oleh kerana kawan2 O2C sudah enjoy main badminton,hah it's time to give them some good news. How much calories have they burned? Considering they,each one,plays an average of 30 minutes.
Lumis,Tompok & PS - Burned 185 -220 calories!! Waaah, ramping sudah!
Mamai,Sumpit& Gidong - 230 - 250 calories!! Buli tahan!
Mesh - 285 calories! Nda lama lagi slimmer ko ni!
Bobby - 340 calories! Syukur! Buatlagi tiap2 minggu, hujung tahun body Brad Pitt ni!
Macam mana saya calculate,..hah..secret. I will share with you some other activities that burn more calories and how much they burn: Cheers all!

Walking = 70 - 200 calories
Tennis = 300 - 400 calories
Ping Pong = 150 -200 calories
Dancing Cha Cha = 147 calories
Slow Jogging = 1000 calories(if 10minutes jogging + walking = 170 calories)
Tapi ingat. 1 plate of mee goreng ayam = 300 calories
Protein - 4g
Carbohydrate - 22g
Fat - 23 g
Fibre - 1 g
Oooppsss..terpaksa kurangkan makan mee..alamak!!

emmmm sy hari2 slow jogging ble sdh mkan bubuk katak...mee goreng ikan 1 mingu 1 kali, bbq 1 bln 1 kali...emmmmm stout??? brpa kalori tu??
